You do not need to be home as long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and an exterior water source. Many customers provide instructions ahead of time and let us complete the work while they are away. We will send you before and after photos and follow up to make sure you are satisfied.

We recommend moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, potted plants, and any personal items away from the areas being cleaned. Please make sure we have access to an exterior water spigot. Close all windows and doors before we arrive.
